Block Party II, by Brenna Harvey is a retro mid-century–inspired abstract composition built from soft geometric blocks in mustard, olive, orange, and navy, arranged in a balanced, rhythmic layout across a soft seafoam ground. Harvey, a Seattle-based painter with a BFA in painting from Cornish College of the Arts, brings a considered, hand-drawn quality to her geometric abstractions that nods to mid-century modern design while staying distinctly contemporary.
