CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations must be requested within one (1) hour of purchase. After this window, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address (home or business) is required to complete your order.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each canvas is handmade to order, brand new, and created especially for you, so all sales are final.

Orders are fulfilled exactly as submitted, and we are unable to detect or correct mistakes entered at checkout. Please double-check all order details (product, material, size, color, personalization, and shipping address) both before and immediately after placing your order.

CAN I SEE A PROOF OF MY PERSONALIZATION OR CUSTOM DESIGN?

Yes. We will email your proof from lecanvasatelier@gmail.com after your purchase.

Please reply within 24 hours to keep your order on track, as delays in your response may delay production. We recommend reviewing the proof on a tablet or computer for the best accuracy.

If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we will proceed using the proof as shown.

Please note that proofs are not created before purchase, as design time is included in your order. If you have questions, please contact us before ordering.

DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?

Yes. We offer beautiful floating frames for our canvas signs, available in multiple colors. Frames are available only with a canvas purchase and are not sold separately.

HOW CAN I REPORT A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM?

Please report any problems immediately. If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, contact us right away and we will be happy to replace it for you.

Please email us at lecanvasatelier@gmail.com with photographs that clearly show:

  • The problem areas
  • Full front and back of the item
  • The shipping box (and any damage)
  • The shipping label

Once we receive these, we will gladly expedite a replacement item to you.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Shipping is always free within the lower 48 states. We ship exclusively with FedEx for safe, reliable delivery.

We also deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, where additional transit time may apply.

If you experience issues with FedEx in your area, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to assist.

LOST PACKAGE? HERE'S WHAT TO DO.

If anything looks off while your package is in transit, please track it and contact us. If the carrier confirms the package was lost or damaged before delivery, we will help, including sending a replacement.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please re-check the shipping address on your order, look around your property (front and back doors, garage, mailbox, and gate), and ask your neighbors, as this resolves the majority of mis-deliveries.

To file a claim with the carrier, we may need a brief written explanation from you confirming the mis-delivery. Please report a lost package within 7 days. Once we have what we need, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

IS THIS A CANVAS SIGN?

Yes. Our canvas signs are gallery-wrapped, museum-quality, and handmade in the USA. They are lightweight, durable, and easy to hang, making them perfect for any space. Please check the product specifications for more details.

NEED HELP WITH PERSONALIZATION, OR HAVE A CUSTOM REQUEST?

Please follow the instructions under each personalization field in the product listing.

For special requests, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the details together. Once approved, add your notes at checkout to flag the order as custom.

We accept custom orders on a case-by-case basis, as quality comes first. Some designs may require additional time or a small design fee.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?

First, review the material and size options in the product menu. We recommend using blue painter's tape to mark that size on your wall, then stepping back to see how it fits. Choose carefully before checkout, as orders cannot be changed once in progress.

All sizes are listed as width by height (left-to-right, then top-to-bottom).

If you need a custom size, we can sometimes accommodate other dimensions. Please message us before ordering with the product name, your desired material (canvas, wood, or metal), and the exact dimensions and orientation (landscape or portrait).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment is required at checkout. We accept all major credit cards through our website.

Orders are not scheduled until payment has fully processed, and we handle all orders in the sequence they are received once payment clears, regardless of size or item details.
