During holiday periods such as Christmas, there may be slightly delayed shipments.

We offer FREE DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING for all the contiguous USA. Unfortunately, due to very high shipping costs, we are unable to offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and all other non-contiguous USA states and territories.

Please note that we currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please reach out to us if you experience a longer than usual wait time. Our customer service team will always respond within 24 hours at lecanvasatelier@gmail.com. We also have live chat customer service available from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.

Processing

  • Delays may occur for orders placed on holidays or weekends, or due to other unforeseen events such as severe weather or public health disruptions.
  • Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above once the order has been processed.

Tracking

  • We update tracking information as soon as the label for the order is printed.
  • We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated.
  • If your tracking shows that the shipping label has been created but you don’t see any updates, please allow 1-2 days for an update.

Lost Packages

  • If your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us so we can help resolve the matter. Email us at lecanvasatelier@gmail.com.
  • If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately and we will help in every way we can. Email us at lecanvasatelier@gmail.com.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at lecanvasatelier@gmail.com with photographs that clearly show:

  • The problem areas
  • Full front and back of the item
  • The shipping box (and any damage)
  • The shipping label

Please note: we are unable to process a replacement without the requested photographs.
