We want you to love what arrives at your door. Because every piece is handcrafted and made to order, here's exactly how returns, damages, and cancellations work.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a free replacement. Please email support@lecanvasatelier.com with photographs that clearly show:
- The problem areas
- The full front and back of the item
- The shipping box (and any damage to it)
- The shipping label
Please note: we're unable to process a replacement without the requested photographs.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order canvas products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Please review all details carefully before checkout, as changes can't be made afterward.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Cancellations may be requested within one (1) hour of purchase by emailing support@lecanvasatelier.com. After that window, your order enters production and becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll send a replacement once the issue has been confirmed.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards. Orders are processed once payment has cleared, in the order they're received.
