Art With a Purpose: Our Monet Reproduction Heads to Night of Hope

At Le Canvas Atelier, we believe a great piece of art does more than fill a wall. It changes the feeling of a room. This October, we're proud to let one of our pieces do something even more meaningful: help raise funds for people living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

The Bridge at Argenteuil (Le Pont d’Argenteuil), 1874 by Claude Monet

The cause: Night of Hope

Night of Hope is the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's signature fundraising event, and the Central Florida Chapter's 2026 gala takes place on October 17 at 5:30 PM EDT. Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are chronic inflammatory bowel diseases. They are often invisible, they are unpredictable, and they affect people of every age. Funds raised through the evening support research toward cures and the programs and resources that help patients and families day to day.

The silent auction is a big part of that effort. This year's lots range from theme park tickets and spa days to golf outings and hotel stays, and every winning bid goes toward the Foundation's mission.

How to bid

Our Monet print is Lot #501 in the Art category, with bidding opening at $125.

While you're there, take a look around. There are 60 lots in the silent auction, and every one of them supports a good cause.

The piece: Monet's The Bridge at Argenteuil

We've donated a canvas print of Claude Monet's The Bridge at Argenteuil (Le Pont d'Argenteuil, 1874) to the silent auction at the Central Florida Chapter's 2026 Night of Hope.

Monet painted this scene during the years he lived in Argenteuil, a town on the Seine just outside Paris, France. Sailboats rest on rippling water beneath a sweeping bridge, and the sky is full of soft, shifting clouds. It is Impressionism at its most calming, and it is a view that rewards a long look.

Our reproduction is printed and finished here in Orlando, Florida at 48x36 inches and set in a white wood frame, so it arrives ready to hang and ready to anchor a living room, dining room, or entryway. It is valued at $380, and local delivery is available to the winning bidder.

Why we said yes

Art has always been about connection: to a place, to a moment, to each other. Giving a piece to "Night of Hope" is our way of connecting what we do, bringing beautiful art into Orlando homes, with the community that makes this city home. We're grateful to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation for the work they do, and we hope you'll join us in supporting it.

Can't bid this time? You can still make a difference by sharing the auction with a friend.

With gratitude,
Founders of Le Canvas Atelier
